A Lebanese buffet is built around the great pillars of the Levantine table. Cold mezze open the meal with their colours and textures; hot mezze take over, crisp and golden; the grills bring the character; the sweets close the meal on the sugary note of Lebanese pastry.
On the cold mezze side, count on our creamy hummus, our parsley tabbouleh, smoked aubergine moutabal and fresh salads.
The hot mezzefalafel, kibbeh, come before the marinated grills, ahead of the baklava and homemade sweets. Each composition adapts to the number of guests and the time of day.
