Mezze to share
Hummus, tabbouleh, kibbeh, falafel: the generous base of a convivial Lebanese buffet, designed to circulate and be shared between tables.

Lebanon, a bridge between East and West: offer your guests a generous table of sharing, prepared fresh each day, to travel an hour or two at the heart of your Lyon reception.
Since May 2010, Layali Beyrouth has upheld a family Lebanese cuisine prepared from produce chosen fresh each day. For a wedding, that same care leaves the dining room on rue du Dauphiné and joins your reception: mezze composed close to service, grills plated on the moment and sweets carried by the recipes of the house. Fifteen years of a sharing table, put to the service of a single evening, yours.
“To cater a wedding is to extend the Lebanese table far beyond the dining room: the generosity of sharing, carried all the way to your guests.”

Choosing a Lebanese caterer for a wedding in Lyon means inviting a cuisine of sharing to the guests' table. At Layali Beyrouth, that cuisine is carried by a couple settled on rue du Dauphiné since 2010: the chef, qualified in Lebanese cuisine, at the stove, his wife in the dining room and running the house. For a wedding, we approach each project as a conversation, never as a standardised menu that nothing would set apart from an anonymous buffet.
Produce is chosen fresh each day, without stock: that logic of freshness extends all the way to your reception. To get to know us before starting the conversation, browse our story or the page dedicated to groups and events.

Our main area of activity covers Lyon 3 and the Lyon metropolitan area. Working close to our kitchen lets us cook as precisely as possible and preserve the freshness chain, without long journeys that would degrade the preparations. For a wedding, that geographical proximity is both an asset and a requirement.
For reception venues in the metropolis or neighbouring towns, we study each request case by case; find our perimeter on the areas we serve page. And if you would first like to discover our dining room, experience a meal dine-in in Lyon 3.
The catering service often comes at the moment the spirit of the day takes shape. A first exchange, by phone or via our contact page, is enough for us to grasp your project: number of guests, service format, reception venue and date. From there, we build a proposal based only on what we know how to do and on the produce we work with every day at the restaurant.
