Fresh produce daily
Our qualified chef works without stock and selects his produce that same morning: the lunch menu changes with the day's deliveries, from one service to the next.

Lebanon, a bridge between East and West: for the length of a lunch, the day's mezze and grills to travel an hour or two in the heart of Lyon 3.
At Layali Beyrouth, the lunch set menu distils the spirit of our family cuisine into an accessible midday meal: a selection of mezze and a dish of the day, prepared from produce chosen that very morning. Served Monday to Saturday, 12pm, 2pm, it is for anyone who wants to sit, savour and leave relaxed, without racing the clock.
“At noon, Lebanon tells its story in a pause: a few dishes of mezze, a grill of the day, and the time for a real lunch.”

The lunch menu pairs a selection of mezze with a main course from our Lebanese menu. Its exact contents change with the day's deliveries, here is the outline of a typical lunch at Layali Beyrouth.
A selection of mezze, a main course of the day and the generosity of the Lebanese table, at a price designed for lunch.
Hummus, tabbouleh, aubergine caviar or labneh prepared that morning, served in small dishes to share.
Golden falafels, kibbeh or samboussek, to open lunch on a warm, indulgent note.
Kafta, chich taouk or chawarma sliced to order depending on the service, cooked to order.
Flaky baklava or mouhalabieh to extend the moment, added as you wish.

In Lebanon, lunch is never just a single plate. It opens on a constellation of cold and hot mezze, fresh salads and warm Lebanese bread, shared and picked at together. Our lunch menu keeps that rhythm: a few dishes to share before the main, to rediscover the spirit of the family table, even on a weekday.
Depending on the delivery, your lunch may revolve around a creamy hummus or a choice of cold mezze of the day. Vegetarian guests naturally have their place at the table.

Located at 38 rue du Dauphiné, minutes from Part-Dieu, Layali Beyrouth is a handy address for the lunch break. Since May 2010, a couple at the stove and in the dining room has served Lebanese cuisine cooked to order. The lunch menu is for regulars of the neighbourhood as much as for visitors passing through, between two appointments.
