Dine in
In the dining room, at 38 rue du Dauphiné: a lunch or dinner to share, minutes from the 7th, in a warm setting with red velvet chairs.

Lebanon, the bridge between East and West: come and eat Lebanese to travel for an hour or two, just minutes from the 7th arrondissement.
Settled at 38 rue du Dauphiné since 2010, Layali Beyrouth borders the 7th arrondissement, just minutes away by metro, tram, bike or car. A couple at the stove for fifteen years, food prepared fresh each day, to share in the dining room, take away or have delivered, without residents of La Guillotière, Jean Macé or Gerland having to cross the whole city.
“Eating Lebanese is travelling for an hour or two, a stone’s throw from home, in the 7th.”
From La Guillotière to Gerland, through Jean Macé and the university quarter, the 7th is one of Lyon’s youngest and liveliest districts. Many of its residents come to us without going far: our address, on the edge of Lyon 3 and Lyon 7, is made for these short trips, the time of a lunch with colleagues or a dinner that doesn’t eat into the evening.
It is this ease of access that our regulars from the 7th value: a real Lebanese meal, close at hand, with no sense of a long detour.

When evening comes, from 7 to 11pm, the mood settles: we leave the lunchtime pace for a dinner that lingers, mezze in the centre and grills cooked over the flame. Many residents of the 7th make it their local, as a couple, with family or with neighbours.
Lebanese cuisine suits this convivial format: dishes set in the middle of the table, aromas of herbs, lemon and spices, and the time to truly share.

Birthday, dinner with neighbours or company meal: our dining room seats up to 30 people, on a human scale. Built around mezze and dishes to share, the Lebanese table naturally invites conversation.
For an event at your place, in the 7th, our catering service brings the spirit of the house in the format you choose, each request studied case by case, depending on the venue, the number of guests and the occasion.
